Our hire fleet includes electrical equipment such as site transformers and power tool transformers, designed for intermittent or continual use with a choice of Va ratings to suit your equipment. Both step-up and step-down 240 volt and 110 volt transformers with integral power breakers protect from electric shocks particularly when using electrical equipment outdoors or in damp conditions.
Both traditional yellow box power tool transformers and our new more robust and high efficiency transformers can of course be used with all our hire fleet of lights, heaters and power tools. Transformers are double wound with a secondary winding of 110v Centre Tapped Earth. Thus any fault on the Secondary Side cannot bring the operator into contact with a voltage higher than 55v earth.
They are available in Fibre Glass or Metal Enclosures. All our hire equipment is of course complimented with a full range of 110 volt cable reels, plugs, electrical splitters and electrical connectors for use in the home, workshop or on site.
